Respect the Neighborhood Our home is part of a quiet, family-friendly community. We ask that guests keep noise to a minimum, especially at night, to respect our neighbors. Parties and events are not permitted. A $500 fine applies if noise complaints are received. If you’re unsure whether our home is the right fit for your group, please reach out before booking. Pool Use The pool is heated for year-round enjoyment, but please note that very cold weather may affect the water temperature. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool in its natural state during those times. Smoke-Free Home For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the house. Violations will result in a $1000 fine. Smoking is permitted outdoors on the patio if done responsibly. Great stay at this great home!! Everything was as pictured—clean and comfy with some fun extras (pool, mini golf & games). We had an unexpected issue and needed to extend our trip last-minute, and the host was super kind and flexible about it. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Also loved that there was a supermarket nearby, which made cooking dinner really easy. Would definitely stay again!

Naser’s home was very clean, quiet and exactly how it was described. We booked last minute trip and the home was great for us. Kids had a blast in the cozy pool, playing golf and watching movies. Locations of home was awesome lots of stores nearby and easy access to hwy. Naser was attentive and responsive when we had questions. We would definitely recommend his place!!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home is cozy and private - yet very close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and hiking. Extensive trail system right out the door. We loved the outdoor pool and patio, and had everything we needed for our month long stay. Will book again!

The house was a gem and Naser was super responsive to the few questions we had. It was clear the hosts went out of their way to think of all the little things (makeup towels, spices, coffees for every morning :). We really appreciated this - felt right at home! The place was also clean, in a lovely area and well priced considering all of the amenities it holds..Would certainly recommend!

I really enjoy staying at Naser’s place. As hosts, they were very friendly and were quick with responses. It was beautifully decorated with high-end finishes and very clean. It was perfectly located and a quick commute to our conference. Check in and out was super simple. The gem of this home is the backyard with a stunning pool, putting green, and lounge chairs to relax. I wish I had more time to enjoy it. Whether you’re traveling for personal reasons or business this is the perfect place to stay.

In dense suburbia, but very private, quiet. Small pool was a blessing in extreme AZ heat. Comfortable private backyard. House clean, comfortable. Easy access key pad. Garage use is great, bc no overnight street parking. Mostly well-stocked kitchen. Very responsive host, excellent communication. Wonderful nearby concrete path with shady trees, perfect for running or dog walk in AZ heat. The AirBnB rating system is a bit unfair to hosts, yet misleading to potential renters. I gave 5 stars bc don’t want to ding host for a few minor things that guests should note. Should have dish towels, but host immediately said he could provide some. Kitchen should have foil/plastic wrap for guests who have cooking leftovers. Filtered water dispenser was empty (simple courtesy to fill for guests). We chose not to use it because the lid had grease marks. Couple kitchen utensils had food crust. Should have written info about nearby stores, recommended restaurants and other activities, and nearby trails.

I felt welcomed to their sweet-smelling home. The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. My daughters loved the pool. This was the perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided toys and board games for our little ones, making the stay even more memorable. Perfect location and safe neighborhood. Awesome restaurants within minutes of distance. We had questions during our stay. Communication was seamless!
