House Rules To ensure a wonderful stay for you and to respect our community, we ask that you observe the following rules: - No parties or events are permitted. - Please be mindful of noise, especially at night. Our home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. A $500 fine will be applied if noise complaints are received. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A $1000 fine will be assessed for violations. You may smoke responsibly on the outdoor patio. Important Information - Security: For your safety and to enforce house rules, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and an indoor noise monitoring device. The noise monitor does not record audio; it only measures decibel levels. - Pool Heating: The pool is heated for year-round enjoyment. However, please be aware that during periods of very cold weather, the water temperature may be affected.
